Chef Andrew presents.... 7th Annual Fall Equinox wine pairing dinner on Thursday, Sept 22


It is that time of year again!!!! Let's celebrate the change of season and usher in autumn with a wine pairing dinner. At the same time, get a sneak peek of our new storefront, Angelino! We are so excited to host our first official event in the Healey Building and showcase our soon-to-be-open wine shop, wine bar, show kitchen, and event space. The dinner is priced at only $65.00 per person. RSVP and prepayment via PayPal are required to reserve your place at the estate table.


For this event, Chef Andrew proposes the following menu:


1. French lentil and sausage soup with root vegetables


2. Sauteed wild mushrooms in puff pastry


3. Braised Belgian endive gratinee


4. Moroccan style chicken with preserved lemons over couscous


5. Poached pears in red wine and warm spices




The wine pairings will be announced as they are determined. We look forward to seeing you there!!!!
